I Installed windows 7 in my dell d620. It installed sound drivers automatically but graphics drivers were not..
I searched for hours. At last i found these drivers which worked fine. now have given this link so you can too download and save your time.
The drivers are for vista. But they work fine with windows 7 aswel.
